Communicate with all parties to ensure due dates are met and the Buyer's financing stays on track

Facilitate all post-contract documents & compliance needs

Schedule/notify Seller(s) of all appointments (inspections, closing, appraisal, final walk, etc.)

Obtain & review title work; work with title company to clear any requirements

Order/Obtain home warranty

Verify appraisal is ordered/at value

Submit repair receipts to title, if applicable

Closing & utility reminders

Create commission letter

Ensure the file is compliant prior to the closing date
Purchase (buyers)

Open escrow with title company & send docs/dates/contacts to lender
