• Communicate with all parties to ensure due dates are met and the  Buyer's financing stays on track

• Create addendums/amendments as needed

• Facilitate all post-contract documents & compliance needs

• Schedule/notify Seller(s) of all appointments (inspections, closing, appraisal, final walk, etc.)

• Obtain & review title work; work with title company to clear any requirements

• Order/Obtain home warranty 

• Verify appraisal is ordered/at value

• Submit repair receipts to title, if applicable

• Closing & utility reminders

• Create commission letter
